I'll show you the way

We can’t hate ourselves and expect clear skin ⚡️ If you notice that you often speak down to yourself or you have consistent negative thoughts about your skin, try this daily self-love practice: Every time you step out of your bathroom and walk through that doorway, say something kind to yourself out loud 🤍 Words like: “I am worthy” “I deserve to give myself the same respect and care I give to others” “I am beautiful just the way I am” It’s easy to look in the mirror and think: look at all this acne, facial redness or ______ so what I’m doing isn’t working 😓 This negative thinking will only bring you negative results. Shifting your thinking from a place of fear and judgement to a place of love and compassion is a game changer 💫 Taking care of my emotional health was the missing piece in my healing journey. For those of you who practice self-love, I’d love to hear what practice has helped you 👇🏻
Naturally derived from bitter almonds, mandelic ac Naturally derived from bitter almonds, mandelic acid is an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that is an excellent treatment for improving acne, reducing fine lines and hyperpigmentation ☀️ Due to its large molecular size, it can function like salicylic acid (BHA) without the drying side effects. It’s a much gentler acne treatment to use for combination skin types. As with any exfoliating acid, introduce it to your skin slowly. Start with twice a week and increase the following week only if your skin is presenting zero redness, tightness or visible flakes ⚠️ For most skin types, exfoliating three times a week is plenty. If your skin is oily, you can try increasing to every other night to see if it increases your results. My favourite products with mandelic acid are @gloskinbeauty Pro 5 Liquid Exfoliant, + @bionresearchskincare Mandelic Acid Serum both of which are available on the SD shop 🤍 What has been your experience with mandelic acid?

2. Add chicken and cook for 5 mins on until almost cooked through
3. Add peppers and carrots, salt and pepper. Cook until *starting* to soften
